Firstly you should notice any hinderence from ActiveX-control, which will stop the movie from playing. Your browser should show you a notice via a yellow bar near the top of your browser. By clicking on it you can tell the ActiveX-control to show any blocked content from this webpage, this will allow the video to start playing. If you still cannot get the movie to play, double-click the item depicted as a wheel that has been crossed by a red sign positioned in the lower part of your screen. You should notice a pop-up emerging, open the window and find the file 'VIDEO__X_MS_WMV Moniker Class', click it, enable it and click OK. The video should now play.
