The SilverFit system comes with a comprehensive service package. This consists of:
Installation
The SilverFit system is delivered and installed at the buyer's location of choice. At delivery we explain how the system works and how it can be moved around.
Training
The therapists and other staff who will be using the system can follow a training session at SilverFit. The session uses real case examples to teach how to use the games on the SilverFit system and how to set the options in the games. The training course is given for a mixed group of therapists from several institutions.

For questions about using the system, feedback on the system or general questions and comments, users can call the SilverFit helpline on +31-10-7864746.
System updates
We are continuously developing and expanding the software, incorporating the feedback that we receive from therapists. A new version of the games will be made available and installed on SilverFit systems once a year.
New games
During the annual update, additional new games are installed on the SilverFit systems.
