It is hard to generalize about the applicability of the SilverFit system for Parkinson's disease patients as the diversity of symptoms in this group is rather large, leading to a wide range of proposed therapeutic approaches in the literature. A number of the exercises on the SilverFit have clear (audio) cues that can prime patients to do exercises like e.g. lateral steps, forward and backward steps, etcetera. The balance exercises also benefit a large number of Parkinson's patients. |
